Booking by AI

The booking page is optional. The safeguards are not.

An authenticated AI assistant can search the same real availability and book on the client's behalf through the Model Context Protocol. Everyone else uses the familiar web journey.

For the technically curious

OAuth keeps account credentials out of chat, while a narrow tool surface limits the assistant to appointment operations.

You pay for each online booking a patient makes, with a small monthly minimum. No plans, no per-doctor fees, no contract term.

Billing and terms

Invoiced at the start of each month for the previous month’s bookings, paid by bank transfer.
A booking counts when a patient books online and does not cancel. Bookings the clinic cancels, fake ones included, are not charged.
No contract term: stop any time and pay only for the month in progress. Your data stays yours, with a full export on request.
Assisted setup is free for the first 7 clinics (standard price €100).
Prices in EUR. Aepeak Technologies SRL is not VAT-registered, so prices are final.
SMS messages are not included. AnyAppointment does not replace the patient’s medical record.

We start your clinic’s own EU instance and set up services, prices and hours; each doctor connects their Google Calendar.

Add the booking link to your website, Google profile and Facebook. After the 4 free weeks, we review the numbers together.

Your patients’ data

The clinic stays the data controller. Aepeak processes data only on its behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Hosted on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium), in a project dedicated to your clinic and separate from other clinics.
Only the clinic’s accounts have access. Aepeak looks at data only for support, when the clinic asks.
When you leave: a full export on request, then deletion as the clinic instructs.
